Fashion has changed fairly significantly, especially recently, with more and more young people following international trends, and less of them trying to dress in a conservative style. I’ve also noticed that international brands, such as Nike and Adidas, havegained popularity. Today’s fashion is less conservative, and more focused on brands.

I think some companies ask their employees to wear a uniform because they want to promote a sense of teamwork and (5). First of all, if all the employees are wearing the same shirt, they know who they are working with, and the customers know who works there. It makes it more simple for everyone if employees are in uniform, just like when athletes wear uniforms to recognize who is on their team, and who is the opposition. Another reason to wear a uniform is to keep things orderly, like, avoiding employee confusion about what to wear to work. Those are a few of the reasons why uniforms exist in the workplace.
