When making a claim under warranty, the receipt or original proof of purchase bearing the date and store of purchase must be submitted.

Replace 有「替換」 的意思，用法是： replace + 原本的東西 + with + 要替換的東西 ， 通常商家要幫客人把損壞的產品「更換」成一個新的產品時候，商家會用 replace 這個字，例如：

Return = 歸還、退回(動詞)

Return = 投資或做生意的利潤(可數/不可數名詞)

Exchange 當動詞就是「交換」的意思，用法是: exchange + 原本的東西 + for + 新的東西，當我們買完東西之後，如果東西有瑕疵、損壞、或是尺寸不合，想要跟商家要求「換」商品的時候，我們可以用 exchange 這個字，例句：

Good afternoon. I am calling about a camera I purchased from your store yesterday. There is a big scratch on the lens. I was wondering if I can exchange it for a new one?
