Examiner: Do you think it is better to work in small companies or in larger companies?
I think it is better to work in a large company with thousands of employees. I feel this way for several reasons. First, when you work in a large company, you are likely to find several friends at your workplace. Since many adults spend most of their (1) at work, it is important to work with people you can get along with and feel a connection to. Second, if you work at a large company, your job is likely to be more stable. If you are at a smaller business, you may be asked to do more than what is in your job title. It is also possible that the company may (2) . When you work at a large corporation, you don’t have these worries.
Examiner: What are some of the things you have to do when running your own business that might not appeal to everyone?

Examiner: Should businesses hire employees for their entire life?
I think that this is a crazy idea that doesn’t make much sense. First, if someone knew that they were going to work the same job their entire lives, there wouldn’t be much incentive to work hard for that company. They know they have their job and they won’t get promoted, so they probably won’t care if they are successful or a failure (7) . Second, if someone works the same job everyday, they will most likely be incredibly bored. People who do (8) work everyday likely won’t be excited to come to work, which can make for a poor work environment. For these two reasons, I don’t think that businesses should hire employees for their entire life.
Examiner: What are the disadvantages of working for someone else?
The first thing is people being an employee will be put under a lot of pressure. For instance, the workers will have (9) and always have to work to (10) , which is really stressful. In addition, working for someone means you will have less time to relax and be with your family.

Examiner: What are the impacts of globalization on small and large businesses?
That’s a very interesting question, and I think the answer to it is somewhat complex. Globalization has some positive and negative effects on both large and small businesses. For example, large, well-known businesses, like Nike or Chanel, can benefit from being able to exist internationally though widespread (13) and a good reputation. However, they will also need to compete with other local companies in terms of price and quality, which can often be difficult. Smaller businesses, especially those which are in (14) , may also see some positive effects of globalization, but I think overall they are more negatively impacted by globalization than large businesses.
Examiner: Should government restrictions be eased on businesses to reduce corporate downsizing?
I think Government restrictions on businesses should be reduced overall, the money that is saved by some of these pointless restrictions being lifted can very well save many people from being (15) during (16) , I think there needs to be a hard look at Government regulations in the workplace and get rid of the ones that do not make any sense.
