"Company" typically refers to a specific business entity, regardless of its size or scale. It can apply to small, medium, or large businesses operating in various industries. On the other hand, "enterprise" often implies a larger and more expansive organization, with a broader scope of operations and multiple business units.

• The enterprise is considering expanding its business overseas. 
• My friend works at a social enterprise that provides job training for underserved communities. 
• Our enterprise is proud to have a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. 
• Our enterprise has been in business for over 50 years and has a strong reputation in the industry.

Staff = the group of people who work for an organization. The noun "staff" is a compund noun. The following verb can be singular or plural.

• The entire staff has done a tremendous job under very difficult circumstances this year.
• The staff were clearly worried about rumors of job cuts.

 a staff member = a member of staff，"a staff" is incorrect.

Headquarter = to have the main offices of an organization in a particular place,  The phrase "to be headquartered in + location" is commonly used.

The noun "incorporation" has two meanings: (1) the inclusion of something as part of a whole. (2) the process of legally forming a company, city, or other organization as a legal corporation.

• The museum announced Wednesday a series of events starting next month to commemorate its incorporation in April 1869.

shareholder = a person who owns shares in a company and therefore gets part of the company's profits and the right to vote on how the company is controlled

• He is a 35% shareholder in the company.

Personnel  = The people who are employed in a company

Stakeholder = a person or group of people who own a share in a business

• Members of the upper management team regularly make decisions that affect the future of the organization and all its stakeholders, such as deciding whether to pursue a new technology or product line. A good decision can enable the organization to thrive and survive long-term, while a poor decision can lead a business into bankruptcy. 

Subsidiary = a company that is owned by a larger company

• Meta, formerly known as Facebook, Inc., is the parent organization of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, among other subsidiaries.
• The company that makes Scion cars is a subsidiary of Toyota.

A wholly-owned subsidiary = a company whose common stock is 100% owned by a parent company.

• Upon completion of the acquisition, Globex will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Volkman Capital Partners.
