This bar graph compares the three main living issues encountered by locals in seven UK cities for in the year 2008. These popular issues are related to health services, air pollution, and finally, education and training.

Overall, we can observe that health services problems health service problems are accounting for account for the highest percentage in 5 over out of the 7 cities displayed on the graph. Education and training is the first issue in the two remaining cities, Glasgow and London. Health services peak to almost 60% in Belfast and Cardiff. The lowest percentage is just below 50% in Glasgow.

The second most important Equally important, the second most reported living issues issue is education and training, it . It remains above 40% in each city. Its It raises rises to more than 50% in 5 cities such as Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, and London. Manchester experiences the lowest percentage of education and training related problems.
[You have provided a description of what is depicted. You have shown the differences by providing the percentages. Here's an example:

"Regarding health services, in five of the seven cities, over 50% of city residents stated it as their number one living issue. This was especially true in Belfast and Cardiff where almost 60% of inhabitants were troubled. Education and training fell a close second for all city populations with a less than 10% difference between the two results, with the exception of Glasgow (53%) and London (52%) where it had become the biggest problem.''

From this example, you can see that you have not detailed your percentages according to each city.

"Raise" is a transitive verb (it must take a direct object), so "raise to" is incorrect.]

The third Last but not least, the third major living issue forcasts that this graph forecasts on this graph is air pollution. It ranges from around 5% in Newcastle to just above 15% in Manchester. London and Cardiff peak above 10% whereas Birmingham and Glasgow peak just below it.
