Sample Answer 1
Hm, there are a few different items that are important to me in my day to day life, but the one I’d like to talk about today is actually my favorite pair of sunglasses.

If I am remembering correctly, I think I bought these sunglasses about six months ago when I went shopping at the outlet mall. At that time, I really needed a new pair of sunglasses because my old ones were not of good quality and had just broken. So, I picked out a nicer, more expensive pair this time, but I also got a good deal because the sunglasses were not only on sale, but also discounted because they were the last pair in the store and had been on display.

Wearing sunglasses is surprisingly important to me. My eyes are quite sensitive to light, so I need sunglasses to be able to see when I am driving or walking around during the day when the sun is out. If it’s a sunny day and I leave home without my sunglasses, I’ll feel uncomfortable and even have problems with my vision.

Even though my current pair of sunglasses was a little more expensive than the last pair I owned, I think they were worth it because they protect my eyes and look good, too.
