Resources to Help you Prepare for the TOEFL Reading Test

The first test section you'll have face in the TOEFL iBT test is the reading section. At first glance, the TOEFL reading test seems straightforward. All you have to do is to read a few passages and answer questions. The whole purpose of the reading section is to measure your ability to read and understand academic texts (passages) in English. However, to get a high TOEFL reading score, it takes more than just understanding academic reading passages. You also need to complete all questions in an allotted time frame. So how can you achieve that?

In this guide, you'll find articles teaching you how to approach reading passages and questions, explaining how the TOEFL reading is structured, and different question types you will encounter on the TOEFL reading test.
